This page is for Sahyogam app users who want to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion:
1. Enter your registered mobile number and email address.
2. Submit the account deletion request form.
3. Our team will verify your request.
4. After verification, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
What data will be deleted:
– Name
– Mobile number
– Email address
– Profile information
– Profile photo
– Service details
– Service images and gallery
– Address and location information
– Messages and communication data
Data retention:
Some data may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, and accounting purposes for a limited period as required by law. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.
Processing time:
Your account and data will be deleted within 7 working days after verification.
