We are expanding across Maharashtra and are looking for strong Area Managers who can lead teams, manage operations, and grow Sahyogam in their city.
Role: Area Manager
As an Area Manager, your responsibility will be:
• Build and manage a team of Field Executive in your area
• Conduct local training sessions and guide your team
• Support Field Associates in onboarding service providers
• Plan and execute local marketing and promotion
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Coordinate directly with Sahyogam core team
Earning Structure
₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Performance Based)
Incentive + Commission

Training & Support
• Direct training by Sahyogam Founder / Team Head
• Step-by-step guidance on team building & sales
