• User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You are solely responsible for customer communication and service delivery
If you fail to comply, your profile may be removed without refund and legal action may apply.
• Payment & Subscription
Service providers can publish their profile and promote their service by purchasing a listing plan on Seva-24.in.
• Plans are pre-paid and time-based (e.g., 30/180/365 days)
• Payment confirms your agreement to these terms
• Listing remains active until expiry unless removed due to policy violation
• Subscription fee is for profile visibility only, not for guaranteed leads
All payments are processed securely through verified payment gateways.
• Renewal & Expiry Policy
Each service listing on Seva-24.in is valid for the duration of the selected plan.
After the expiry date, your service profile will automatically switch to draft or inactive mode.
• Renewal can be done anytime before or after expiry by completing the payment process again.
• Upon successful renewal, the expiry date will be extended based on the new plan duration.
• Renewal reminders may be sent via email or dashboard notifications before expiry.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy
All payments made on Seva-24.in are final and non-refundable.
Since users receive instant profile publication and visibility services,
we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or transfers after payment completion.
In case of technical errors or duplicate payments, you may contact our support team
within 48 hours of the transaction at support@seva-24.in for review.
• Content & Profile Accuracy
All service information published by users must be genuine and relevant to their actual work or skills.
You agree not to:
• Use false names or contact details
• Upload copyrighted or unauthorized images
• Claim to represent another person or company

that violates these content guidelines without prior notice.
